Blackduck Cidery is the "beverage division" of Daring Drake Farm, a family fruit farm producing wild-fermented, estate grown cider, perry, vinegar and shrubs. With three decades of fruit farming experience, John & Shannon grow and ferment an array of small fruits in addition to pears and apples. Enjoy a low-key, outdoor tasting experience of our cider, perry, fruit juice and shrub flights paired with local cheeses, crackers, & farm grown fruit (come try a gooseberry or seaberry). Guided tastings and tours with the resident fruit & fermentation geek available on Sundays at 11:30 with advance registration.
